okay, not really because ZURRY is there, so we entertain each other. betol tak Zurry? hahahahh (: 21 February 2008, beep test at woodlands stadium. don't ask about beep test, HAHA! after beep test, need to run another 7 laps around the stadium under 12minutes. die die die! but what else i can do, just run. fortunately, i manage to run. but still, there's some walking. HAHAHAH!! so Monday & tuesday training. & Wednesday will be the final result of who's choosen.
